Project Manager (IT Maintenance)

Purpose
This position will be subcontracted to the Ministry of Home Affairs, Home Team Science and Technology Agency (HTX), under the Lifecycle Support Service program. The role is integral to ensuring the effective operation and sustained support of IDEMIA systems, contributing to the resilience and technological advancement of national security infrastructure.
Key Missions
- Governance and Cybersecurity Management
- Provide support in procurement and project management services to the Customer such as Architectural Security Review (ASR)/ Remediation of Vulnerability Assessment (VA) and Penetration Test (PT) finding, Audits, Monthly Reviews of Privileged Accounts and etc
- System & Ops Support Management
- Provide support in system management and O&S activities required to maintain the systems’ Service Level Agreement
- Review and Implementation of Operations Service Requests
- Obsolescence Management
- Project Management
- provides support in Technology Refresh
- Security Enhancement/Integration
- Services/Infrastructure Migrations
- Supply Support Management
- Support the submission of security clearance for related vendors
- Modification & Configuration Management
- Operation and maintenance manual review
- Engineering Support Management
- Technical queries by the relevant Customer; and
- Recommendation for project management scope
Profile & Other Information
Working Hours:
- The working hours shall be from 0830 hrs to 1800 hrs from Mondays to Fridays, excluding weekends and Public Holidays.
- Outside of working hours, personnel are recallable for contingencies and other scheduled events, subject to reasonable compensations in terms of time off-in-lieu.
