Purpose

This role manages testing activities of products or solutions to ensure that the quality is compliant with standards and to meet customer requirements.

Key Missions

We are looking for QA Engineer based in Singapore.

Main Responsibilities

  • Define test strategy and test plan, create tests cases based on requirements and design documentation. Ensure requirement traceability and complete coverage.
  • Perform system qualification test (end to end) to ensure that system is completely error-free and in line with requirements at test lab environment or customer site.
  • Analyze logs to investigate test and production defects, report incidents using a defect management tool, and monitor them until they are resolved.
  • Produce documents related to testing including test report and release notes etc.
  • Automate test to make them reusable.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with complicated system testing involving both hardware and software.
  • Experience with defect management system (JIRA).
  • Experience with scrum and agile testing methodologies.
  • Experience in SOAP UI and scripting will be an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge in different OS like Windows and Linux (RedHat) will be an added advantage.
