Purpose

The Client Engagement Solution Architect collaborates with local program teams, client engagement partners, R&D, product teams, project delivery teams, and global subject matter experts to understand customer needs, define solution architectures, and support projects from the pre-sales phase through implementation and delivery.

The role is responsible for ensuring clear product and project requirement definitions and translating them into efficient and scalable application and service designs in alignment with the relevant teams. The role also ensures proper execution of the solution design and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure successful project outcomes.

The ideal candidate should possess a balanced mix of technical expertise and business understanding.

Key Missions (Job Responsibilities)

  • Collaborate with Client Engagement Partners during RFI/RFP responses by contributing to solution design, cost estimation, and technical proposals.
  • Support Program Managers in defining product and project requirements and ensuring alignment with the proposed solution architecture.
  • Gather business and functional requirements from internal and external stakeholders and translate them into robust, scalable, and maintainable technical specifications.
  • Define the functional and technical architecture of solutions to meet performance, quality, budget, and operational constraints.
  • Perform architecture feasibility analysis, including performance, reliability, fault tolerance, and risk assessments, and recommend appropriate architecture options.
  • Lead the solution architecture throughout the full lifecycle, from pre-sales and solution design to implementation and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain architecture and design documentation serving as the reference for engineering and project execution.
  • Formalize architecture and solution design documentation and obtain necessary stakeholder approvals.
  • Ensure architectural consistency and technological alignment across all system and platform components.
  • Provide design reviews and technical guidance to engineering teams, including integration, performance, scalability, and system architecture aspects.
  • Support development teams in resolving complex technical issues and ensuring alignment with the approved architecture.
  • Establish processes to monitor solution implementation and track technical KPIs to ensure architecture compliance and performance objectives.
  • Participate in architecture governance, technology evaluation, and standardization initiatives across the organization.
