Talent Acquisition Specialist (6 months contract)

Purpose

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract. The role will manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned vacancies, partnering closely with Hiring Managers and HR stakeholders to attract and hire quality talent within agreed timelines. 

Key Missions

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake, sourcing and screening through interviews, offer and onboarding.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and HR teams to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source and engage active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals and other channels.
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, assessments and reference checks where required.
  • Manage job postings and coordinate interviews and selection activities.
  • Provide market insights on talent availability, salary expectations and sourcing challenges.
  • Manage the offer process, including compensation alignment, negotiation and offer acceptance.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely and effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS and provide regular hiring updates and recruitment metrics.
  • Support recruitment projects, employer branding activities and process improvement initiatives as required.

Profile & Other Information

Key Requirements & Experience

  • 3–5 years of end-to-end Talent Acquisition / recruitment experience, preferably in an in-house environment.
  • Proven experience managing multiple vacancies across different functions and/or markets.
  • Strong sourcing and passive candidate engagement skills, with experience using LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with Hiring Managers.
  • Good understanding of recruitment processes, candidate assessment and market trends.
  • Experience working with an ATS and recruitment reporting.
  • Highly organised, proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
