Key Missions

- Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points.
- Create user personas, journey maps and design artifacts like Information architecture
- Develop user personas and journey maps to inform the design process.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are translated effectively into code.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest UX/UI design trends and best practices, as well as frontend development frameworks and libraries.
- Conduct consumer research across the product lifecycle
- Proactively engage with multiple stakeholders in drafting and brainstorming concepts
- Convert research insights into interaction flows and wireframes
- Create prototypes of varying fidelity
