Costing Manager

Purpose
This role is responsible for the costing for the manufacturing operations.
Key Missions
- Make sure that the costings data are accurate for all the manufacturing sites: check the BOMs & routings in collaboration with engineering team (local and corporate)
- Support business teams to validate the costing for the new projects
- Analyze and compare the costings between sites
- Maintain the centralized costing app in Anaplan for the monthly closing, forecasts and budget (update the FX and masterdata, fix the costing issues)
- Make sure that data exchange between the costing tool Anaplan and the financial reporting tool TM1 are done on time and in line with the group deadlines
- Analyze the costing variances evolution (actual vs. budget and forecast M-1)
- Analyze the variances between local ERP costing and Anaplan for each manufacturing site
- Provide cost analysis variation to the Business Unit on a monthly basis
- Be the business partner for the management team for any topics about costing
- Participate to the local site engineering and controlling team improvement
- Define and improve common standards rules for costing
- Work with the industrial performance team to make sure transformation costs are correctly categorized by workshop
- Work with quality team to have the proper wastage calculation and the logistics and duties team to have the proper acquisition costs
