Key Missions
We are seeking a highly talented Senior Graphic Design Manager with a strong marketing mindset and extensive experience in the luxury industry. The ideal candidate combines outstanding creative skills with technical expertise in artwork and production, delivering premium visual assets that strengthen brand identity while ensuring flawless execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead a global team of Designers developing high-quality creative concepts and visual designs aligned with brand strategy and luxury standards.
• Design and execute premium payment card designs for National, Regional and International customers.
• Create production-ready artwork while ensuring compliance with printing and regulatory specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Marketing, and Regulatory Affairs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional quality.
• Support artwork adaptation for international markets.
Profile
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 10 years of professional experience, preferably within payment card design and/or luxury consumer goods.
• Strong portfolio.
Technical Skills
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Solid understanding of prepress, color management, and print processes.
• Experience preparing production-ready files for various printing technologies.
• Ability to integrate AI into creative workflows while maintaining premium brand standards.

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or 3D visualization is a plus.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
