Key Missions
Nous recherchons un Ingénieur Industrialisation spécialisé en Matériaux pour rejoindre notre équipe. Votre rôle sera crucial dans le développement, la qualification et l'optimisation de nouveaux produits, structures, et processus, en conformité avec les spécifications des clients et en respectant les objectifs qualité, coût, et délai (QCD).
Missions principales :
- Développement et Qualification : Définir, développer et qualifier de nouveaux produits et processus conformément aux spécifications clients et aux normes en vigueur (QCD).
- Documentation : Préparer et tenir à jour toutes les documentations requises pour les projets, incluant les spécifications techniques pour les processus de qualification.
- Analyse et Conseil : Réaliser des analyses comparatives et fournir des recommandations pour optimiser les solutions techniques. Conseiller les clients internes et externes sur les orientations et spécifications des nouveaux produits.
- Innovation et Propriété Intellectuelle : Soutenir l'innovation et contribuer à l'enrichissement de la propriété intellectuelle de l'entreprise.
- Support Technique : Apporter un soutien aux sites de production pour les questions techniques, les réclamations clients, le partage des meilleures pratiques et l'amélioration des processus.
- Gestion de Projets : développer et industrialiser des produits avancés et innovants en autonomie afin d’élargir le portfolio de produits de la société.
- Conseil Interne : Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes pour les guider sur les projets en cours, en fournissant un support technique et stratégique.
Profile & Other Information
- Formation : Diplôme d'ingénieur en matériaux, génie industriel, ou équivalent.
- Expérience : Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire, de préférence dans l'industrie.
- Compétences techniques : Maîtrise des propriétés des matériaux, des techniques de fabrication, et des processus d'industrialisation.
- Capacités analytiques : Solide aptitude à effectuer des analyses techniques complexes et à fournir des recommandations pertinentes.
- Gestion de documentation : Expérience dans la préparation et la gestion de documents techniques et de spécifications.
- Compétences en innovation : Capacité à soutenir les initiatives d'innovation et à contribuer à la création de propriété intellectuelle.
- Langues : Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais. Une troisième langue est un plus.
