Are you a master of organization with a knack for technical prowess?

 

We're seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our team in Winnersh, UK. As the liaison between our technical teams and stakeholders, you'll drive projects from conception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and delivery within the Idemia Public Security Business Line for one of our most strategic Travel and Transportation projects in the UK.

 

IDEMIA Public Security's Travel and Transport division has been pioneering innovative solutions for secure global mobility for over 40 years. With 2200+ installed gates and touchpoints processing 700 million passengers annually, we develop end-to-end solutions, integrating biometrics, ID management, and data analytics to enhance the passenger experience without compromising security. Committed to shaping the future of global travel, we adapt to market needs to ensure secure, efficient journeys.

 

As part of our Project Management team and alongside a technical leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our projects from conception to completion. The main project will be a technical solution transition and the implementation of our technology in Airports and Train Stations. The customer is a public authority institution.

 

Key Missions

 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and goals.
  • Lead workshops
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead project execution, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and quality standards.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, while fostering open communication with stakeholders.
  • Mentor and support team members, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

 

 

To succeed in this position, you will need the following skills and experience:

 

 

  • Technical experience on numerous international projects with a strong system dimension
  • Proficiency in project lifecycle management and organization (Agile methodology).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort in managing close client relationships.
  • Significant relevant experiences in technical project management.
  • Prince 2 certificate is a plus
  • Experience in pre-sales, cybersecurity with government entities is a plus
  • Security Cleared or holding a british citizen or 5 years residence in the UK to get the Security Clearance
