Purpose

IDEMIA Public Security, a division of IDEMIA Group, is the premium provider of trusted biometric solutions that revolutionize public security and identity, travel and transport, and access control. Our solutions—designed using advanced security features and encryption technologies—enable our clients to build safer and fairer societies where people can live, interact, and move freely.

This role is responsible for defining the system integration strategy and configuring, installing and validating IDEMIAs solutions that best addresses customers' requirements and optimize IDEMIAs business value.

 

IDEMIA Public Security's Travel and Transport division has been pioneering innovative solutions for secure global mobility for over 40 years. Our team of 500+ professionals specializes in ensuring safe movement of people and objects worldwide. With 2200+ installed gates and touchpoints processing 700 million passengers annually, we develop end-to-end solutions, integrating biometrics, ID management, and data analytics to enhance the passenger experience without compromising security. Key Missions

We are seeking a skilled Technical Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Analyzing contractual requirements, architecture, and solution specifications for integration
  • Defining integration strategies and incremental solutions
  • Leading the integration team in Agile mode (Scrum)
  • Defining tests and test methods with requirements traceability
  • Implementing test benches for functional, performance, security and high availability testing using continuous integration and deployment (CI-CD)
  • Conducting system analyses with expert teams in development, security and IT (virtualization, cloud, network, database) to identify and resolve issues
  • Managing the migration of client data to the new system
  • Developing test tools, preparing test data and automation
  • Deploying solutions internationally to clients and conducting acceptance testing

 

If you have the following skills, it would be a plus:

 

  • Experience with DevOps tools such as Jira, GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, and Ansible
  • Familiarity with integration tools like SOATest, SOAPUI and JMeter
  • Knowledge of software development languages and platforms including Java, J2EE, C++, and scripting languages like Python
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure components such as operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix), virtualized environments (VMware), networks, high availability and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure), as well as containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
  • Proficiency in various databases including Oracle (RAC, Dataguard, partitioning, advanced security, vault), PostgreSQL and MongoDB
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure will be a plus
  • Familiarity with industry standards like ISO 27001, eIDAS and ICAO

Profile & Other Information

  • Master's degree in engineering with good experience in leading system integration teams in an international environment
  • Mastery of project lifecycle with management and organizational skills (Agile methodology)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Previous experience in Cloud solutions, web application servers, and databases
  • Experience in testing and bug management within Linux and Windows ecosystems
  • Familiarity with Java and scripting preferred
  • Technological curiosity and strong team spirit
  • Ability to drive technical meetings and workshops with customers
  • Willingness to travel internationally to meet client needs
