Purpose

The Regional Offering Manager is responsible for steering, at regional level, the offering priorities that are best managed close to the market, while ensuring that global offerings are effectively adapted to regional and local market specificities. The role ensures that our portfolio of products and services remains relevant, competitive, profitable, and designed to deliver a strong Customer Experience for the targeted customer segments in the region.


By bringing market proximity, customer insight, and regional business priorities into offering decisions, by applying global offering processes and methodologies consistently across the region, and by coordinating closely with Global Offering Management, Product Management, and Sales teams, the Regional Offering Manager helps translate global direction into effective regional execution and feeds regional needs back into the evolution of our offerings.
