Executive - SCBO

Purpose

This role supports the timely supply of goods and services and brings value to IDEMIA's business and purchasing stakeholders by driving processes and tools efficiency and by providing key insights on purchasing activities, markets, and suppliers

Key Missions

We are hiring for Executive - SCBO based at NSEZ, Noida.

Reporting solid line to the Global Outsourcing Director, the Outsourcing Coordinator main missions are:

• to ensure on time delivery of products or services at the best total cost of ownership and with the appropriate level of quality by conducting E2E order management.-to develop a network of high-performance, reliable, flexible, and creative suppliers (approved suppliers) to support IDEMIA product innovation and competitiveness.
• to practice a high-end service towards internal and external stakeholders. 

 

Key roles and responsibilities include:

• Develop category expertise, maintains market intelligence, and stays abreast of the changing supply base and new technologies. 
• Together with the Global Outsourcing Director build category strategies that enhance innovation and quality, reduces costs, and improves service to internal stakeholders. 
• Collaborate with key stakeholders upstream and downstream to ensure engagement, buy-in and ownership of sourcing strategies to bring solutions to IDEMIA’s key problems in the assigned spend areas. 
• Source to appointed suppliers, challenge needs, conduct RFI/RFQ and work with internal customers on the preparation of contracts/offers, invoice and close orders in the appropriate IDEMIA systems. 
• Negotiate cost effective agreements with key suppliers & distributors that result in measurable cost benefits. 
• Ensure effective implementation of the contracts between the supplier and IDEMIA. 
• Manage the settlement of all disputes. 
• Responsible of its supplier base performance and lead efforts that drive cost optimization, improved quality and service, innovation and enhanced supplier relationship and risk management. 
• Ensures the reporting of the KPIs to the Outsourcing management. 

 

Candidate profile Professional experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in sourcing science or equivalent. 
• 1-3 years of procurement experience with potential experience in electronic, graphic, or smart card industry. 
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing sourcing operation processes that have yielded measurable business results. 
• Experience working with multicultural virtual teams in a global and complex environment. 
• Experience in project management and price negotiations. 
• Fluent in English – verbal and writing
