Purpose

This role executes the customer contract, works internally and externally to maximize customer satisfaction through effective contract delivery and promotes revenue generation and profitability

Key Missions

Au sein de la Business Line Automotive & IoT (internet of things), vous intégrez le Service Client pour satisfaire les besoins de nos clients. Vous travaillerez également, en collaboration avec les MNO (Opérateurs Mobiles).

 

Objectifs du poste :

Contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs de chiffre d’affaires trimestriels de la business line par les actions suivantes:

  • Analyse et Administration des besoins clients:
    • Saisie et suivi des commandes jusqu’à la livraison finale.
    • Emissions des factures en fonction des Incoterms.
  • Coordination des plannings de livraison avec les usines en France et à l’étranger, les équipes logistiques, la Supply Chain et les commerciaux.
  • Construction d’une relation de confiance et de long-terme avec les interlocuteurs clients
  • Effectuer un reporting hebdomadaire de l’avancement du chiffre d’affaires pour l’ensemble des clients de la business line.
  • Aider l’équipe Customer Service à réaliser ses projets (nouveaux outils, nouveaux process…).

Profile & Other Information

Formation :

  • Titulaire d’un Bac+3 dans le domaine du commerce international, vous souhaitez poursuivre vos études de domaine en alternance.
